Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Manage and lead a team of store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Maintain a high level of store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize phone etiquette when communicating with customers or other stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail management, with a strong background in sales and team management.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
